# Veil Protocol White Paper

**Abstract**\
\
Veil Protocol provides a decentralized AI infrastructure built on a custom TAO subnet on the Bittensor network, empowering users through secure, private, and user-controlled AI solutions. Central to its innovation are sophisticated AI agents (including customized chatbots, multimedia content generation, autonomous task agents, and personalized AI avatars), each configurable to user-defined privacy settings. The protocol operates via Tennet™, a decentralized AI application initially developed for iOS and browser, with an Android version planned. Treasury inflows from app usage are swapped to **$VEIL** which links token value directly to network demand and allows staking rewards to not be generated by token inflation.

This white paper outlines Veil Protocol's core architecture, token-driven economic incentives, decentralized governance structure, and technical roadmap, demonstrating a scalable, secure, and privacy-focused approach to AI solutions.
